VERSION GENESIS-2026-10-23-V1 / DESIGN APPROVED, BENEFIT OFFER NOT OPEN
A clear first
chapter.
These rules explain the planned experience and the application service available now.
1. What is open today
You may submit a no-payment application for a product preview. Applications are not guaranteed invitations, benefit seats, token allocations, a fixed price or a commitment to buy. Public Scout remains free. NOAH has no verified mint published by this release. No tokens or money are collected by Genesis.
2. Preview and benefit seats are separate
Invitations give access to a private product preview during the window shown in your account. A preview invitation does not automatically reserve a token-based benefit seat. We plan up to 50 benefit seats. Before confirming any, we must publish final terms, validate the tools and recovery, reserve an operating budget and schedule three sessions. Confirmation occurs before public trading. Applications are reviewed for product interest and capacity; no purchase amount, engagement farming or paid endorsement buys a seat.
3. Proposed holder eligibility
A confirmed seat, ownership of the claiming wallet, a genuine purchase of the official NOAH mint between the actual public launch and 72 hours later, and at least 100,000 NOAH currently held. Submit a receipt within those same 72 hours. We do not prioritize the first block or seconds after launch. A connected wallet or ticker is insufficient. Transfers, grants, gifts, founder-controlled wallets and paid collaborators are excluded from the public-buyer program and adoption metrics.
The service checks a finalized on-chain receipt and current balance. An operator separately reviews that receipt to establish an actual purchase and its consideration. A positive token balance change alone is not purchase proof. Review target: two business days after a complete claim, subject to queue and provider availability; no instant activation promise. If you submit the wrong receipt, contact the official account with your application ID; do not send secrets.
4. What the proposed package includes
90 calendar days from actual benefit activation: a private research desk, up to 100 imported Scout cases, three-case comparison, due-review views, JSON and CSV exports, original art and worksheets, a non-transferable participation badge and three group product sessions. At 1,000,000 NOAH, saved-case capacity becomes 200 during the same term. Both have a 3 MB total book limit, up to 60 saved follow-ups per case and 30 cloud saves per hour. Capacities do not stack. Market requests keep Scout’s ordinary budgets; this program adds no automatic scans or priority information.
Research is imported explicitly from your Scout JSON exports. Nothing syncs automatically. The desk shows original observation times and does not refresh market evidence when you upload it. Prices are indicative observations, not executable quotes or earned returns. This is software and group education, not personal trading advice, equity, yield, price support, guaranteed profit or an NFT entitlement.
5. Holdings, expiry and access
Balance checks use the official mint, token program and decimals, finalized reads and a maximum 60-second validity window. Unknown or failed reads do not establish eligibility. Below 100,000, new protected writes pause. Between 100,000 and 999,999.999…, the quota is 100; existing larger books remain readable and exportable but cannot be overwritten beyond that quota. At expiry the promotional tools pause. Basic sign-in, read and export remain available; ordinary paid-token tiers are a separate plan and are not silently activated.
One claim per Genesis account and verified wallet; changing accounts does not create a second eligible claim for that wallet. This does not prove one human per wallet. Use the same sign-in method throughout. Lost-wallet recovery cannot bypass proof of control. Keep a private export. The 90-day clock continues after a voluntary transfer; a documented NOAH service outage may earn an equal, recorded extension, with the exact adjustment shown before it applies.
6. Data, privacy and support
Applications store a pseudonymous account identifier, display name, stated product interest, terms edition and dates. Benefit claims additionally store the public wallet and transaction, eligibility checks and review result. Private research is stored in our hosted D1/R2 environment, separated by authenticated account. No research content is public by default. Feedback is reviewed by NOAH and can be quoted only with permission or after removing identifying details. We add no advertising tracker.
Withdraw an unactivated application from your account. Withdrawal releases access but retains a minimal cancellation record to prevent duplicate claims. Contact the official NOAH account to request data deletion or correct a receipt. No automatic deletion on expiry is implemented; do not treat NOAH as your only backup. Research exports remain yours. Requests requiring proof of ownership must use the original sign-in account. Support: @NoahTheNest; never share a seed phrase or private key.
7. Launch and delivery changes
October 30 is the planned private product preview; October 31 is the conditional public token-launch target. The preview session is October 30, 18:00–19:00 Mexico City (October 31, 00:00–01:00 UTC), with invited room access 17:45–19:15. The public token-launch target is October 31 at 12:00 Mexico City (18:00 UTC), conditional on readiness. Group sessions are November 7, November 21 and December 12, each 12:00–13:00 Mexico City (18:00–19:00 UTC). Private live-call links follow after technical rehearsal. Host availability is confirmed; this does not open benefit seats. If readiness fails, the public launch moves and the reason is published. We will not create a token on the 30th and describe it as privately tradable. The ordinary Pump creation flow opens trading when a token is created.
We cannot promise a token’s purchase cost or availability. Acquiring tokens and network actions may cost money, and token value can fall to zero. Benefits require an operating budget independent of hypothetical trading fees. No irrevocable promise is created by this design document. Final funded terms must be published and accepted before a benefit seat is confirmed. Existing confirmed terms cannot be silently weakened by changing a later document.
